A PI Produkciós Kft. (a továbbiakban: „Társaság”) ezúton tájékoztatja Önt (a továbbiakban: „Érintett”) a személyes adatai kezeléséről a személyes adatok védelméről szóló, az Európai Parlament és a Tanács 2016/679/EU rendelete (általános adatvédelmi rendelet, a továbbiakban: „GDPR”) rendelkezéseivel összhangban. Az adatkezelés azokra az adatokra terjed ki, amelyek fénykép-, mozgókép-, videó-, hangfelvétel, illetve egyéb rögzítési technológiák útján kerültek rögzítésre, ideértve – de nem kizárólagosan – az Ön megjelenését, képmását és hangját (a továbbiakban: „Felvételek”).
A Felvételek a Társaság által készített „MA_111” című dokumentumfilmben kerülnek felhasználásra.

| A FELVÉTELEKHEZ HOZZÁFÉRŐ SZEMÉLYEK A Felvételek készítésének célja a jelen nyilatkozatban foglalt kötelezettségek teljesítése, ennek keretében a Felvételek nyilvánosságra kerülhetnek a nyilatkozat szerint. A kapcsolattartási adatokat a Társaság produkciós munkatársai ismerhetik meg. |
| ADATTÁROLÁS, ADATBIZTONSÁGI INTÉZKEDÉSEK A Felvételeket a Társaság saját szerverén, elektronikus formában tárolja. |
- AZ ÉRINTETTEK JOGAINAK GYAKORLÁSA
4.1. Hozzáféréshez való jog
A GDPR 15. cikke alapján Ön bármikor jogosult tájékoztatást kérni arról, hogy a Társaság kezeli-e az Ön személyes adatait, és ha igen, milyen célból, kik részére kerültek továbbításra, honnan származnak, mennyi ideig történik a tárolásuk, valamint, hogy milyen jogai vannak ezzel kapcsolatban. Külföldre vagy nemzetközi szervezetek részére történő adattovábbítás esetén tájékoztatást kérhet a kapcsolódó garanciákról is.
A hozzáférés keretében másolatot is kérhet az Önről kezelt adatokról.
Ez a jog azonban nem érintheti hátrányosan más személyek jogait – amennyiben más érintettek felismerhetőek a Felvételen, a Társaság technikai eszközökkel (például képszerkesztéssel, maszkolással) biztosítja azok védelmét.
Indokolatlan vagy túlzó kérelem esetén a Társaság a GDPR 12. cikk (5) bekezdés a) pontja alapján jogosult ésszerű díjat felszámítani, vagy a kérelmet elutasítani (12. cikk (5) b) pont).
| 4.2. Hozzájárulás visszavonásának joga Ön bármikor jogosult hozzájárulását visszavonni. Ez nem érinti a visszavonás előtti, hozzájáruláson alapuló adatkezelés jogszerűségét. A hozzájárulás visszavonása postai vagy elektronikus úton, a fenti elérhetőségeken keresztül történhet. |
4.3 Törléshez való jog („elfeledtetéshez való jog”) A GDPR 17. cikke alapján, ha Ön visszavonja hozzájárulását és nincs más jogalap az adatkezelésre, a Társaság az adatokat indokolatlan késedelem nélkül törli. A Felvételek azonban nem törölhetők, ha az adatkezelés:a) a véleménynyilvánítás szabadsága és a tájékozódáshoz való jog gyakorlása érdekében szükséges,b) jogi kötelezettség teljesítése érdekében történik,c) jogi igények előterjesztéséhez, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez szükséges. |
| 4.4. Az adatkezelés korlátozásához való jog A GDPR 18. cikke alapján Ön kérheti adatkezelés korlátozását, ha:– az adatkezelés jogellenes, de nem kívánja az adatok törlését,– az adatkezelőnek már nincs szüksége az adatokra, de Önnek jogi igény érvényesítése miatt igen. |
4.5. Helyesbítéshez való jog A Felvételek esetén az adatok helyesbítése korlátozottan lehetséges, így e jog gyakorlása korlátozott mértékben biztosított. |
4.6. Panasztételi jog, jogorvoslathoz való jog Ha úgy véli, hogy személyes adatai kezelése sérti a hatályos adatvédelmi jogszabályokat – különösen a GDPR-t –, jogosult panaszt tenni a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóságnál (NAIH). Válaszadási határidő az Érintett megkeresésére A Társaság biztosítja, hogy az Érintett joggyakorlásával kapcsolatban benyújtott kérelmére indokolatlan késedelem nélkül, de legkésőbb a beérkezéstől számított 30 napon belül választ ad. Amennyiben jogai gyakorlásával élni kíván, vagy bármilyen kérdése, észrevétele van, kérjük, forduljon hozzánk az 1. pontban megadott elérhetőségek egyikén. |

| EXERCISE OF RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS 4.1. Right of access Under Article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right at any time to request information about whether and how your personal data is processed by Company, including the purposes of the processing, the recipients to whom your data has been disclosed or the source from which it was obtained by Company, the retention period, any rights you have in relation to the processing and, in the case of transfers to third countries or international organisations, information about the safeguards relating to such transfers. In exercising your right of access, you also have the right to request a copy of the data as follows: |
| The right to request a copy must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others, i.e. if other data subjects are identifiable in the recording, Company will take technical measures (such as image editing, including masking or blurring) to protect the rights of third parties. If your request is excessive or manifestly unfounded, Company may charge a reasonable fee under Article 12(5)(a) of the GDPR or refuse to act on the request (Article 12(5)(b) GDPR). |
| 4.2. Right to withdraw consent You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as the processing is based on your consent, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent and on the basis of that consent. You can withdraw your consent by sending a statement to the postal or e-mail addresses specified above. |
4.3 Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) Pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, where you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for the processing, Company will delete the data without undue delay. Recordings may not be deleted where processing is necessary:a) for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;(b) to comply with an obligation under Union or Member State law that requires the controller to process personal data;(c) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. |

Right to restriction of processing You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data on the basis of Article 18 of the GDPR in the following cases:processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of the data and instead request the restriction of their use;The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. |
4.5. Right to rectification The possibility to correct the data in the case of the Recordings is limited, and the exercise of this right is limited in this case. |
4.6. Right to complain, right to redress If you consider that the processing of your personal data by Company infringes the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation, in particular the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Hungary, a complaint may be lodged with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (“NAIH”).
